The design process is recommended for projects requiring a detailed, scaled drawing. It provides an opportunity for creative solutions to challenging areas.

Design Fee: Fees start at $300 depending on site size and project scope.

1. Initial visit to look at the site and talk about your ideas.

2. Research and Analysis
- Site data collection (measuring, photos, etc.)
- Client interview
- Program development

3. Design
- Draft base plan
- Design development
- Preliminary Master Plan

4. Client Meeting
- Present plan
- Provide information and details on plan
- Make revisions (if needed)
- Project timeline discussed
- Client acceptance

5. Construction
- Implementation begins at an agreed upon time
- Experienced landscape teams install landscape according to plan.

6. Post-Construction Evaluation and Maintenance
